Is taking a screenshot considered art?

I haven't written journals for a long time, so here is a new one. This is going to be a personal opinion, which might differ from the views of others. Recently I have seen some deviations on deviantART, which are actually only screenshots of some TV series or films. They are not even edited in any way, yet they get so much attention. Why is that? Why do people think, they have to support this kind of deviations? Everyone can press Print screen on their keyboard, can't they? I don't think deviantART is meant to be used this way.
